LUX* Grand Baie appoints Rooma Caulee as Resident Manager

LUX* Grand Baie, the newest flagship resort of The Lux Collective, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rooma Caulee as Resident Manager. Ms. Caulee spans two decades of experience in luxury hospitality at some of the most prestigious and leading international hotel brands. Her previous responsibilities covered Front Office, Guest Relations, Reservations, Housekeeping and Sales & Marketing.

In this role, she will lead operations and ensure the smooth and profitable running of the establishment. It includes balancing the needs of guests, colleagues and management. Working in the luxury industry entails striving for excellence and caring about the smallest details. She will oversee the hotel’s organisation to achieve goals and inter-departmental synergy.

Rooma started her hospitality career in 2003, including management positions in different groups such as Banyan Tree, Anantara, Taj, Beachcomber and Nira. Prior to becoming Resident Manager of the luxury hotel, she was the Sales & Marketing Manager.
